I walked yesterday morning after my long hike the day before. That, along with yoga the night of the hike, is part of my routine.
Its about reaping the benefits of the hike & not losing them. I also stood while working on Book3.

I started mid morning, but it was dark in the canyon. It also warmed up later much more than it was supposed to, but was still pleasant.
This was 25 minutes from home, mostly because of city traffic.

Good day!
A 12.5 mile (20.1K) hike yesterday. It started in a bone chillingly cold gulch, up an abandoned forest road, & traversed an alpine ridge.
There wasnt a cloud, which can cause issues. I tend to wilt beneath the sun, but it was mild.
This view is from Miller Peak to the distant Bitterroot Mtns to my pack waiting for me.

We came within a whisper of freezing last night.
Finished the read-thru of Book4 last night. Thats essential when employing targeted editing or I risk continuity issues.

After 3 months, I finished the revision yesterday. I gifted myself an extra hour of sleep last night while the rain fell.

Two months ago, I stood atop that distant peak, otherwise known as Woody Mtn..

Good morning from Mt. Molly in New Durham, NH. Todays weather was gorgeous for hiking and I managed to go 6.7 km in just under two hours.
The trails I was on were densely wooded with a lot of small, young trees and plenty of rocks on and off the path. I saw at least 4 different kinds of moss, and a fallen birch tree that had some mushroom cups on it.
